I don't know how soon I'll be able to do these, but I'll try do get to all of the suggestions. Ever since I had to get the harddrive on my laptop replaced, for some reason a lot of my songs just won't play even though they're still in my library and I haven't figured out what's up with that yet, but I'll see if many mixes are viable.

1) List three questions you wish you could ask Stephenie Meyer.
1. If you'd had a say in it, what would you have liked to be on the cover of New Moon instead of the dying tulip?
2. At the end of NM, why was Jacob hurt because Bella had not been to see him in La Push when he wouldn't return her calls? Was he just being indecisive about whether or not it would hurt more to keep being friends with her now that she's back with Edward or lose her entirely...or what?
3. After werewolves stop phasing and age again, do they lose all of their werewolf traits? Can they still imprint and would they still have as strong an attachment to their imprintees as they did before?

2) Compare your favorite Twilight ship to at least one other ship from another fandom they remind you of.
I'm not the first one to make this comparison, but Jacob/Bella reminds me of Jack/Elizabeth from PotC in a weird way because Jacob is the more non-gentleman bad boy in the love triangle. I've always loved the idea of something I once saw someone say in sparrabeth about how Will is Elizabeth's true love but Jack is her soul mate; their connection is beyond just purely romantic because they're kindred spirits and naturally understand each other.
Also, this is random and I wouldn't really call them one of my favorite ships, but Edward/Rosalie kind of reminds me of Spike Spiegel/Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop. I don't even ship Spike/Faye but I do love their very combative sibling-like relationship they have at the same time that they clearly care about each other like family but just don't show it, and I see a vague hint of some unrequited love involved in it, too. It's kind of hard to explain how I liken these relationships to each other, but E/R just started reminding me of them after she actually showed she cares about him in NM.
.....Damn, I wrote a lot for this question. LOL.

3) List your Top 5 Twilight moments.
5. Twilight: Edward first saving Bella's life. It was pretty predictable and very Roswell (lol), but still cool, and I hope this scene is really exciting in the movie.
4. NM: Bella first seeing Jacob phase and then his friends betting on if she's going to throw up.
3. Eclipse: The tent scene.
2. NM: The whole Bella-getting-rescued-from-drowning scene.
1. NM: Movie night with Jacob and Mike. Pure hilarity.

4) List your Top 5 favorite Twilight characters.

5) Quil, Embry, Paul, Sam, or Seth? Why?
Sam. I love Sam. He seems like a genuinely good person even though he's a little scary when he's first introduced. I'm really intrigued by so many aspects of his character, like the regret he feels about what he did to Leah and the fact that his father was apparently pretty neglectful and is likely to have been the one who had an affair with Embry's mom. And something about him is just really...hot and kind of broody. Haha.



1) Have you met any good friends because of this series? Who and how?
I've met lots of people I adore very much, but not really any "good friends" yet.

2) If you could change anything that happened in "Fire and Ice" (fondly called 'the tent scene'), what would it be and why?
There would be an extensive enactment of whatever fantasies Jacob was having that ticked off Edward to be able to see in his head so much.

3) List your Top 3 favorite quotes.

1- "I bet she's tougher than that. She runs with vampires."

4) If you could have any of the Cullens' supernatual vampire powers, which would you choose and why? (Can be just being fast, strong, or their own unique abilities.)
I think it would be cool to have a perfect memory (because I forget everything, LOL). Being able to run so fast would be fun, too.

For the first meme: Twilight! Although I think in Twilight fandom unpopular opinions are pretty relative, but hey.

This is an awesome question, and I'm surprised no one's asked her that yet. I guess based on her mockup covers she might have picked a moon, but it would be interesting to see what red object she would have chosen.

True, but I'll try. :)

1. I don't hate any characters.
2. I wouldn't call Stephenie Meyer a bad writer, especially considering she'd never tried writing anything before Twilight.
3. Unlike most Jacob fans, I don't like to imagine him being hugely on-steroids kinda buff. LOL.


I've seen Stephenie saying a couple times that she was disappointed with the cover of NM because they wouldn't let her have any say in it that time around, but I wonder what she would have liked it to be because I personally like it. I'm tired of seeing people talking about it and insisting "The cover doesn't symbolize anything, SM said so!" when it actually goes really well with the Romeo and Juliet quote and obviously the agency must have picked it for a reason even if she doesn't see how it fits.

Huh, that's an interesting thought! Although I don't quite see the connection to Jacob/Bella because to me Edward is her escape, and Jacob was there when she needed a friend. But still, made me think. Ah, I miss Sparrabeth.

I believe she pretty much came up with the cover for Twilight herself because she was so disappointed with the first design they came up with, didn't get a say in New Moon, and I don't know about Eclipse but she does like that one. She's actually pretty lucky to have ever been involved in the cover designs at all. Most authors don't get to decide anything about that.

Oh, I never thought of that. :/ Maybe not, since they never did that for Harry Potter and this seems like a franchise where the success of the movies is going to benefit from the popularity of the books more than vice versa.
