Fanfic Recommendation: "Charades" (Queer as Folk)

This rec will be quick and easy because describing this fic is quite simple: it has the most well-written inner voice of Brian I have ever read, or can even imagine ever reading. Writing Brian's thoughts or point of view is hard. I often fuck it up and make it seem a little (or maybe even a lot) off. I've read fics that have managed to pull it off believably even when expressing things we can't imagine Brian talking about out loud. But this fanfic does more than just say things that Brian usually wouldn't say in a way that you can get away with it. It is Brian. The entire thing feels completely consistent with the way he talks and would probably think, yet every word of it is completely honest and true to him.
