The Legend of Korra trailer *still jumping up and down with glee over this*

Ridiculously excited for this series now.

All the character designs that were shown at Comic-Con look awesome, too. I love that Korra's firebender friend is named in honor of Mako. :') And that he and her earthbender companion are brothers of mixed heritage, because based on how their characters have been described I can see them having a funny brother relationship somehow.

And damn but they weren't kidding about going in a steampunky direction. The design of this series is going to be amazing. HEARTS IN MY EYES FOR EVERYTHING I SEE SO FAR. READY FOR FALL NOW.

(Also, the giant Avatar Aang statue is cool except that the head looks like it still belongs to a 12-year-old. I hope that's supposed to be him at the age he was when he defeated Ozai because this is not accommodating my ideas of adult-Aang, LOL.)

I know that there is no official date yet but I've heard "fall 2012" and, less often, "summer 2012". SIGHHH. I was kind of hoping for spring.

I'm suure the statue is just done to be recognizable as kid!Aang so that they could tie in the older series in the trailer somehow.
Still don't think Aang will grow up to be all that hot, tho. LOL
