"I'd be lost without my blogger."
Sep. 14th, 2010 07:32 pm1. So...I finally finished watching the first series of Sherlock...
...
DFKNDKFGNDJFNKSAJKDFNKLBFIMLEMDIFMAJNSJJFBVNEWNFDKJNV!!
I was watching the last one with two friends last night and that cliffhanger had me yelling at the computer screen "Screw the BBC!" when that cheery voice started talking over the end credits. BTW the sniper totally has to be Moran. If so it'll be fun seeing how they handle him.
And now that I have another lovely set of mental images of Holmes and Watson to add to my head, I need fic recs immediately. Anyone?
2. Okay, it's official...Peggy Olson is my personal Mad Men fandom bicycle, het/femmeslash/everythingwise. HER AND JOYCE OMG. ♥♥♥ This week's episode was pretty good though it was tough to follow up "The Suitcase" (which was hands-down my favorite one ever), but now that I watch this clip I'm already really impatient for next week's.
Of course, I also understand and identify with Peggy more than any other character from anything I can think of and in so many ways it scares me sometimes. So maybe it's kind of weird in a Peggy Sue way (heheh) that I can ship her with so many different people. :/

Date: 2010-09-15 03:25 am (UTC)This week's was good, though you're right, hard to top last week. Betty and her immature ways always get me going. I love that Don was being so much better.
And I was kind of glad Peggy fired Joey. Fucking jerk. LOL Don telling her to do it herself was good too.
Cheers!

Date: 2010-09-15 02:05 pm (UTC)Am seconding your thoughts about Moran. The first time I watched the episode I thought Moran was mentioned, but after listening a bit harder the second time I realised I'd misheard it:( That was a real bummer. Did you notice that one of the snipers had really bad aim though? I have this vision in my head of how I want the next episode to start, and I really hope one of the writers shares it:)
I have some recs here: http://www.delicious.com/lovemoonyforever/Fandom%3ASherlock%28BBC%29 . Most of them are angsty, just to warn you.
